The Role

In this entry level position as our Marketing Coordinator, you'll play a crucial role in ensuring our campaigns run smoothly across multiple marketing disciplines including events, content marketing, digital marketing, product marketing, and sales enablement. This expansive role is ideal for someone who is interested in learning about all facets of B2B marketing from a world-class team. You'll collaborate closely with demand generation and product marketing leads, as well as the sales team, to streamline and amplify our marketing efforts.

Responsibilities

  • Event and Webinar Coordination: Responsible for the execution of tradeshows, conferences, and webinars, coordinating closely with sales teams and managing logistics and follow-up.
  • Project Management: Drive marketing projects forward, ensuring key milestones are met and all activities are effectively coordinated and completed on schedule
  • Digital Marketing Support: Elevate our digital presence by maintaining our website and running A/B tests, managing elements of our CRM and email campaigns, and engaging audiences on social media
  • Sales Enablement: Conduct competitor research and help maintain competitive matrices, monitor industry news, and make our materials easily accessible and usable to the sales team.
  • Reporting and Analytics: Generate and automate performance metrics reports, collaborating across teams to ensure data integrity and actionable insights.
Your profile

Required Skills

  • 1+ years of experience in marketing, preferably in a B2B SaaS or start-up environment
  • Strong self-starter mentality - willing to act without being told what to do and comfortable advancing initiatives in an ambiguous environment.
  • Strong organizational and project management skills with keen attention to detail
  • Able to adapt to change, take on new projects, and work independently
  • Eager to learn, quickly grasps new concepts, and effectively turns ideas into action
